What if I need to change my order after I hit “Checkout”?
A: Immediately send an email to customerservice@sexyplusclothing.com. As long as we have not processed your order at the time we receive your email notification, we should be able to make the changes you need. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
Will I be charged for making changes to my order?
A: No, you will not be charged for making changes to your order; however adjustments may need to be made to your payment if additional charges or lesser charges apply. Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see your final charge, only for the items actually shipped.
The Checkout Process
Our Checkout process is easy and secure. Simply follow these steps. You can click “Back” at any time to return to the previous step.
1. Shop and add items to your cart. Each time an item is successfully added to your cart, a pop up window will confirm the size and quantity added. Continue shopping or click on your cart on the black panel located at the top right of your screen.
2. Review your order, enter a coupon code if applicable, and click “Proceed”.
3. Enter your billing and contact details, as well as shipping address.
4. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box to “Agree”.
5. Click “Checkout”.
6. If your credit card is approved, the next window will show you that the Transaction Results have been successful and you will receive a Purchase Receipt via email.
How do I know if my order went through?
A: You will receive an purchase receipt via e-mail. When you are finished shopping and are ready to check out, make sure you only click the “Checkout” button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.
Why haven’t I received an e-mail regarding my order?
A: There are two reasons this can happen: 1) you may have provided an incorrect or out of date email address. Please double check the email address you provided; 2) you may have a spam blocker that has filtered our email. Try turning off your spam blocker or to ensure you always receive our emails, add customerservice@sexyplusclothing.com to your contacts/address book.
How do I return or exchange something in my order?
A: Please refer to our SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY.
If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?
A: Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. Your credit will be applied to your PayPal account to the same credit card used to pay. Your credit should appear within 24 hours from the time we process the transaction.
What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing?
A: Please send an email to customerservice@sexyplusclothing.com right away and we will look into it immediately. Please also refer to our SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY. We must receive notification of a damaged or missing item within 7 days of the day you receive your order.
Can I order an item that is sold out?
A: No, because it may or may not be an item that will continue to be available. We add new items weekly to ensure the latest styles are available to our customers. If there is a specific item that you want but is currently out of stock, please use the Contact page to send us a message including the item name, size and colour and we will let you know if it will become available again or if it can be specially ordered for you.
Can I order by telephone?
A: Yes, you may call our store during operating hours and provided the item is in stock, we will take your credit card information by phone and process your order promptly. You may also place a telephone order to be picked up at our store provided you are in the Toronto area and save the shipping costs. Our secure website is open 24/7 to receive your order as well.

When will I receive my order?
A: All orders take 1-2 business days to process, and we ship with Canada Post (please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for delivery standards). Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, with the exception of national holidays.
We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please ensure your email address and phone number are up to date.
I live in Canada, but I’d like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?
A: Yes, simply provide the ship to address when completing your order in Step 2 Shipping Address.
What are my international shipping options?
A: All domestic and international orders are shipped via Canada Post and a nominal additional shipping fee will be applied to international orders based on the destination country. This allows us to track the package. This is the most economical shipping method which allows us to keep your shipping costs low.
PLEASE NOTE: Some international packages may be held at customs for inspection. We are not responsible for any delays or import duties relating to customs fees and customs inspections. Your local customs office can provide more information regarding these charges. SexyPlus Clothing cannot predict the value of these fees and is not responsible for these fees.
How often do new styles arrive on the website?
A: New styles arrive weekly, so check back often for the best selection of styles and sizes. Also check our Facebook page for the latest arrivals and pictures of happy customers in their new purchases.
