We use Canada Post Expedited Delivery for reliable and timely shipping within Canada, to the U.S.A. and internationally. You must provide a street address for delivery. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped following receipt of your payment.

- International 2 to 6 weeks
Please note that some international packages may be held at customs for inspection. We are not responsible for any delays relating to customs inspections.
Cost
Your shipping costs are calculated based on the dollar value of your order which allows us to keep your shipping costs to a minimum, with an additional fee for deliveries outside Canada. Shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. Your shipping costs will be identified at time of order completion.

$50 to $99 = $12
$100 to $149 = $14
$150 to $249 = $16
$249 and up = $18
A one-time per order additional shipping charge will apply to shipments outside of Canada as follows:
- USA – $10 CDA
- Europe – $15 CDA
- Caribbean, Asia, Africa, Mexico, South America - $20 CDA
- Australia, Antarctica – $25
Import duties and taxes may be applied to your purchase based on your country’s import policies. Your local customs office can provide more information regarding these charges. SexyPlus Clothing cannot predict the value of these fees and is not responsible for these fees.
Return/Exchange Policy
You can purchase with confidence from SexyPlus Clothing – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange, provided the item(s) meet the following criteria:
- All Clearance items and gift certificates purchased on sexyplusclothing.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise may not be returned if worn, soiled or washed.
- Original tags must be affixed to clothing/footwear/accessories in original condition.
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the receipt. Contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges.
Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
For hygienic reasons there are NO exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Lingerie, Intimates & Costumes
- Swimwear
- Body Wraps
- Jewellery and accessories
For all other returns, please ensure that the original tags are still attached and that the item is in its original condition, and has not been worn, altered or washed and does not smell like food or cigarette smoke. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we assess that the item is not in its original condition. The buyer (you) are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending your return or exchange, and you will be charged shipping at cost for exchanged items to be re-sent to you.
To return an item:
Contact us via email to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, order ID number, the description of what you are returning and the reason for the return.
Ship the item(s) using any shipping method you prefer. We suggest using a method that can be tracked. SexyPlus Clothing will not assume responsibility for any return shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. SexyPlus Clothing is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in the mail by the shipper you have selected.
All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued by us. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned.
To exchange an item:
Contact us via email to get an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). Please provide your name, order ID number, the description of what you are exchanging and the reason for the exchange. Provide the item you want in exchange.
You will be charged for the new item(s). When we receive the returned item(s), we will issue your refund.
If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue your refund for the returned item(s).
Ship the item(s) using any shipping method you prefer. We suggest using a method that can be tracked.
