Starting with shapewear (which was essential for a fitted outfit like this), our perfect seamless leggings in black with a slit sleeve BabyPhat top (from last year) and tall boots.
Many of us don't like showing the under part of our arms, but as with this top, showing the upper part and shoulders is very sexy. Look for tops with "cold shoulders" and/or slit sleeves to achieve this look.
