Returns & Shipping
Applicable to both in-store and online purchases:
1. On regular-priced items, Canadian customers can exchange or choose a store credit within 10 days of purchase/delivery/pick-up date. We do not offer refunds.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges from USA/International addresses.
3. Sale and reduced items, lingerie, bralettes, jewelry, biker shorts and leggings are FINAL SALE - no exchange or return.
6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in the mail and we suggest you ship your return using a trackable method.
7. Please allow 3-4 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an email with an electronic gift card code in the amount of your credit which you can redeem at anytime, on anything, online or in store.
8. All "in store pick up" orders will be held for 5 days after which time they will be returned to inventory and you will be issued a store credit.
9. Sale prices are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
10. CANCELLING AN ORDER:
You can cancel your online order provided it has not been shipped at the time we receive your request for cancellation. Request must be emailed to email@example.com.
Orders are processed weekdays during our business hours and we are closed on Mondays. Therefore, please note that the act of sending the email does not guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled as it may have been shipped in the interim and emails are only verified by an actual person during our business hours. Once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled.
A cancellation fee of 2.9% + $0.30CAD of the total order value will be deducted from your refund if your cancellation request is received before it has been shipped as described above. This covers the payment processing fees we are charged for all transactions for which we ourselves are not refunded.
Orders are processed weekdays (except Mondays) during business hours and delivered to the post office every weekday except Mondays.
You must provide a street address for delivery.
- Canada Expedited Shipping: 2-9 business days after it is released for shipping.
- Canada Xpresspost Shipping: 1-3 business days after it is released for shipping
- USA Tracked Packet: 5-9 business days after it is released for shipping
- USA Expedited Parcel: 4-6 business days after it is released for shipping
- USA Xpresspost: 2-3 business days after it is released for shipping
