We use Canada Post and UPS for reliable, affordable and timely shipping within Canada, to the U.S.A. and internationally and you can choose your preferred shipping provider. You must provide a street address for delivery.

In USA:

  • USA Tracked Packet: 5-9 business days after it is released for shipping*
  • USA Expedited Parcel: 4-6 business days after it is released for shipping*
  • USA Xpresspost: 2-3 business days after it is released for shipping*

Internationally:

  • Tracked Packet International: approximately 10 business days after it is released for shipping*

Your shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and weight of your order which allows us to keep your shipping costs to a minimum. Shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. Your shipping costs will be calculated and identified in the check-out process.

Return/Exchange Policy

You can purchase with confidence from SexyPlus Clothing – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange*, provided the item(s) meet the following criteria:

  • All Sale and/or Clearance items and gift certificates purchased on sexyplusclothing.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise may not be returned if worn, soiled or washed.
  • Original tags and/or packaging must be affixed to items in original condition.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the receipt. Contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Your returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Igigi pre-order items are available for store credit only.

Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.

For hygienic reasons there are NO exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Lingerie, Intimates & Costumes
  • Leggings
  • Swimwear
  • Body Wraps
  • Footwear
  • Jewelry and accessories

For all other returns, please ensure that the original tags are still attached and that the item is in its original condition, and has not been worn, altered or washed and does not smell like food or cigarette smoke. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we assess that the item is not in its original condition. The buyer (you) are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending your return or exchange, and you will be charged shipping at cost for exchanged items to be re-sent to you.

In store Return/Exchange Policy

Our in store policy consists of offering an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with the receipt & tags affixed to the item in its original condition however, there are NO exchanges or returns on the following items: lingerie, intimates & costumes, swimwear, body wraps, footwear, jewelry & accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we assess that the item is not in its original condition.

To return an item:

Contact us via email to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, order ID number, the description of what you are returning and the reason for the return.

Ship the item(s) using CANADA POST or UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (if in USA). Use a method that can be tracked. Be sure to write ONLY the value of the item on the return paperwork (do not include any shipping fees), and be sure to specify CANADIAN CURRENCY for that value. SexyPlus Clothing will not assume responsibility for any return shipping fees, or any fees incurred (like broker fees) if these exact instructions are not followed, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. SexyPlus Clothing is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in the mail by the shipper you have selected.

All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued by us. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned.

To exchange an item:

Contact us via email to get an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). Please provide your name, order ID number, the description of what you are exchanging and the reason for the exchange. Provide the item you want in exchange.

You will be charged for the new item(s). When we receive the returned item(s), we will issue your refund.

If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue your refund for the returned item(s).

Ship the item(s) using CANADA POST or UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (if in USA). Use a method that can be tracked. Be sure to write ONLY the value of the item on the return paperwork (do not include any shipping fees), and be sure to specify CANADIAN CURRENCY for that value.
