Returns & Shipping

Returns

Applicable to both in-store and online purchases:

1. On regular-priced items, Canadian customers can exchange or choose a store credit within 10 days of purchase/delivery/pick-up date. We do not offer refunds.

2. We do not accept returns or exchanges from USA/International addresses.

3. Sale and reduced items, lingerie, bralettes, jewelry, biker shorts and leggings are FINAL SALE - no exchange or return.

4. Approved returns must be mailed within 10 days of the delivery date (or purchase date/pick-up date for in store purchases/pick-ups).

Returns must be approved before they are accepted.

5. Merchandise will only be accepted if returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Receipt is required.

6. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in the mail and we suggest you ship your return using a trackable method.

7. Please allow 3-4 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an email with an electronic gift card code in the amount of your credit which you can redeem at anytime, on anything, online or in store.

8. All "in store pick up" orders will be held for 5 days after which time they will be returned to inventory and you will be issued a store credit. 

9. Sale prices are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

10. CANCELLING AN ORDER:

You can cancel your online order provided it has not been shipped at the time we receive your request for cancellation. Request must be emailed to customerservice@sexyplusclothing.com. 

Orders are processed weekdays during our business hours and we are closed on Mondays. Therefore, please note that the act of sending the email does not guarantee that your order will be able to be cancelled as it may have been shipped in the interim and emails are only verified by an actual person during our business hours. Once orders have been shipped they cannot be cancelled. 
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
A cancellation fee of 2.9% + $0.30CAD of the total order value will be deducted from your refund if your cancellation request is received before it has been shipped as described above. This covers the payment processing fees we are charged for all transactions for which we ourselves are not refunded.  

Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125CAD (before tax) to anywhere in Canada and the USA.
Please note: Canada Post is experiencing delays so some packages may take longer than normal.
Orders are processed weekdays (except Mondays) during business hours and delivered to the post office every weekday except Mondays. 
You must provide a street address for delivery.
We ship to anywhere in Canada and the USA. 
Estimated delivery timelines in Canada:
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed before it is released for shipping.
  • Canada Expedited Shipping: 2-9 business days after it is released for shipping.
  • Canada Xpresspost Shipping: 1-3 business days after it is released for shipping
In USA:
  • USA Tracked Packet: 5-9 business days after it is released for shipping
  • USA Expedited Parcel: 4-6 business days after it is released for shipping
  • USA Xpresspost: 2-3 business days after it is released for shipping
 
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders over $125CAD (before tax) to anywhere in Canada and the USA. If you order value before tax is less than $125CAD, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost before completing your order once you've entered your address during the checkout process. Shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. 
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by Canada Post, USPS, UPS or packages that are stolen after being delivered (i.e. porch theft) which are outside of our control regardless of the delivery option you select.
2) Import duties and taxes may be levied on your purchase based on your country’s import policies. SexyPlus Clothing does not collect these duties and taxes nor can we predict the amount of the particular charges. If these charges are levied on your import, they must be paid in order for you to collect your package. Your local customs office can provide more information regarding these charges. SexyPlus Clothing is not responsible for these fees. If you refuse delivery of your order it may take several months for the package to reach us, and there may be return shipping and possible brokerage fees charged to you. These will be deducted from your total refund amount once we receive the package.
3) Some USA may be held at customs for inspection. We are not responsible for any delays relating to customs inspections.
